Where is my receipt?

We email your receipt after payment, to the address you used at checkout.

Open it from your order page

Your private order page has a View receipt link, so you can open your receipt again at any time. You can save or print it from there if you need a copy for your records or an expense claim.

If you cannot find your order page, Find my eSIM emails the private link to you again. More help is in where can I find my order?

Cannot find the receipt email?

Search your inbox for YuzuSIM, and check your spam or junk folder. Make sure you are looking in the inbox of the email address you gave at checkout. If the email still does not turn up, open the receipt from your order page instead.

Prices and tax

Prices on YuzuSIM are shown with tax included, so the total on your receipt matches the price you saw at checkout.

Bought an eSIM for someone else?

The receipt goes to the email address used at checkout, even if someone else will use the eSIM. It stays with you as the buyer.

Need an invoice with business details?

If you need your company’s name and address on an invoice, contact us at [email protected] or through the contact form. Include:

• your order number, for example YZ-10482;
• the business details you need on the invoice;
• the email address you used at checkout.

Please do not send card details or your QR code. We can find your payment from your order number.
